This is probably answered somewhere, but I dont feel like searching. I want to know how our cars know when its dark enough for headlights, like when to turn the drl's to standard headlights

There is a bubble sensor just below the front windshield on drivers side, it senses light & turns on whatever is necessary based on amount of light. Hope this answers your question.

I thought that was for the wireless entry, because i have to be in sight of the bubble for it to work..

no thats not for the wireless entry laughsilly your wireless entry sensor is probably located under your seat or under your steering wheel spineyes
